Super nice friendly staff,Did an awesome job shampoo, de-shedding, drying, cleaned ears, trim claws, and gave our Husky a nice trim all around . Very accommodating and professional. We have nothing negative to say. Thanks again for your wonderful service.

AMAZING staff!! Prices are so low you leave the change from a 20$ for a tip and don't feel like you are "cheap". The staff know Oscar so well that they treat him like their own. Thank you

It has been hard to find a groomer that would cut the nails on my large Lab, who really doesn't like the experience. Most places are booked up for at least a month. Pet-tastic said they were as well, but put us on a waiting list and only a few days later phoned and said they had a cancellation and we could have the slot, which we took.They have a good setup, with almost an airlock where you bring your dog into a kennel outside, so he is separate from other dogs waiting outside. They then come outside and let your dog into a second kennel leading into the building, so you can exit and wait for the service to be done, and they can admit other dogs.
