It is just about impossible to have these types of companies to show any interest in providing service.All they do is take down your phone number and say I'll have someone call you. No one ever calls back.It makes you wonder why they even advertise. I rated this a three only because the woman who answered the phone was polite.Only Villeneuve kept their word and called back.Villeneuve removed our old pellet boiler and installed a propane boiler at a very reasonable price.We found their workmanship to be outstanding as well as providing honest advice.Thank you Villeneuve Mechanical for a job well done.
