“I have had them do work before on our old house and the work was fine. Rebooked them for a small job on our new house and was suggested about 2 weeks before they were able to come. Two weeks later they said it would be approximately two to three weeks more. Nobody informed me of the change without me calling to ask why I never received a time frame. I just wish they were more upfront as we all have schedules. They lose a star because of that. Still waiting. Arggg!“
