“I was just recently in Thunder Bay visiting family and was very displeased with my current haircut. I was referred to Salon 10 by a family member and specifically to Felicity. I told her my concerns and she sat and went through the haircut and found lots of different lengths and mistakes that I was fairly aware of. At the end of the day I came out with a great haircut and just wish she lived closer to me! I will definitely time my haircut needs the next time I'm up there! Thank you so much for being very attentive and for giving me a great haircut. I haven't had one this good for a very long time. The staff are very friendly and it's a nice atmosphere as well so if you need a good haircut or any other service I would highly recommend coming to this salon.”
