We have been visiting Dr. Niles' clinic since our move to Thunder Bay over five years ago. We feel so lucky to have Dr. Niles as our family dentist. Dr. Niles and the entire staff are extremely friendly, accommodating, and efficient. They also excel in handling insurance matters; we don't need to pay upfront and have never encountered any surprises. I would highly recommend Dr. Niles to everyone.
I have been pretty apprehensive about getting some dental work done, but Dr. Niles positive and bubbly attitude helped ease that apprehension. I was amazed at how quickly he did my filling. For anyone who is uneasy about getting work done 10/10 recommend going to Dr. Niles!
Dr. Niles is the best in Thunder Bay! I've been going here pretty much my whole life and absolutely love it. The staff has always been there for me, watched me grow up and helped keep my teeth healthy! They are always very welcoming and excited to have me back for a cleaning. I cannot say enough good things, they are pretty much my teeth-family.Shout out to Dr. Niles and Toni for this awesome selfie. It was long overdue guys!
