Requested style: I am very particular about who I let cut my hair. I walked into Scissors and requested an appointment and they hooked me up with Helen. We had a conversation about what I wanted and I showed her a picture of how I would like the back of my hair. I also asked her what she considered 2 inches looked like. We continue to have a conversation about what I like. Well I walked out of there with one of the best haircuts I have ever had and I have already rebooked my next appointment with Helen.

Worst experience I have had to date at this salon and I have been telling my friends it's the place to go. If you want to be rushed and roughly handled give it a try. Customer service was very bad and the shaping is inconsistent. Not sure I'll return unless my regular lady returns. Melanie is a fantastic stylist who has transformed my hair from blonde to a more natural light brown with grey highlights. It is so much more appropriate for a mature face. She is always very responsive to any changes I ask for in colour or cut.
I had been getting extensions (hand tied) for over 4 years and I THOUGHT I was happy… HOWEVER I ended up switching to Coven Extensions and it was like night and day!!! My hair feels better and fuller… they found a bald spot that my old extenionist made on the back of my head…. And made sure to avoid it… I can hardly feel that there are any beads in my hair… it’s like I said NIGHT and DAY…. I will NEVER let anyone do my extensions except either of these 2 ladies!! Definitely 5 star service!!!

After many consultations at various businesses about my skin concerns I decided to book with Shannon. She educated me on which treatments would be best and compared them to what I was offered by other places. She didn’t try to upsell anything and gave me so many choices and treatment options and is not about trying to get you to book the most expensive options. Shannon takes the time, to not only treat and pamper you but she is great at educating and is just nice to talk to! Can’t wait to get back to treatments this fall.

Excellent service. We’ve had Jamie from Bell Plumbing in a few times for different jobs. Our last one was for pluming needs for new counter install. Jamie had to come first to unhook plumbing, then back day after counter install to hook plumbing back up. Always here when he says, excellent work and a pleasure to deal with!

Rick and company did the hardwood on my second floor in my townhome and we couldn’t be happier with the result! He came in on the weekend, priced the job honestly and was very punctual with start times everyday! They removed the carpets in an organized manner, installed hardwood perfectly, and finished the trim very well! They even helped us get our material sorted before starting the job and we’re very professional at every step following!
Part 2: Rick installed the flooring at my place of business and my rental! Again, he worked with excellence in a timely manner that didn’t jeopardize the quality! I will certainly recommend Rick going forward and will use his team for all of my future projects!
