SKVH is truly a warm and caring environment for my senior pup Teddy. Dr Jay was very professional and provided options for a serious dental operation. Teddy came out of the operation with absolutely no complications, and the SKVH team especially Ruby and Alex were amazing, contacting me as soon as the op was done to let me know how things went, their post operative care was super and I really appreciated the follow up once he came home. They understand that fur babies are family. SKVH is now my go to for all of Teddy's care ?

Their quality building standard couldn't be matched and they deliver on their promise of "better build homes"We moved in to our custom Metric home almost one year ago and the service has been top notch.The process from purchase, to design, to build and after care was flawless.The builders take such care and pride in their work. What really impressed me was the after service. The care doesn't end at closing, far from it. They are so responsive to questions and concerns. My experience with Centrum Glass & Door started when I requested a quote to replace a fogged window panel in one of my 25 year old house. I got the best price among a few local companies I had contacted. When the estimator came to take measurements, I also asked him to take a look at another window which could never close properly and kept a bad draft in winter. All previously contacted companies offered to replace the entire window. Dave pointed a small part which was incorrectly placed and prevented the window from closing tight. When the installers came, they did an excellent job: installed and adjusted the panel and fixed that other window. A clean, quick, polite. That room can finally be used without taping the window to prevent the draft plus constant extra heating. I wish I knew about this team earlier!

I want to thank the whole team, especially Dr. Jansen, for their care and genuine love for Kestrel. (A bonus shout out to Dr. Companion before her for all the tips and help since 2020!) We made a very difficult decision right after New Years and never once did we feel pressured or rushed. She was candid but sympathetic, and shared personal experiences that really helped process our choice in a very short window. Every step and what to expect was communicated clearly and compassionately by both Dr. Jansen and the tech several times. My spouse and I were a mess but we, including Kestrel, were treated so kindly.
I see a lot of reviews here about costs and upsells—in the five years we had with Kestrel I’ve never experienced undue pressure from this clinic, even if they are a business. As far as I’m concerned pets come with the expectations of a price tag. Our boy was FIV+ with surprise extra dental extractions after we adopted him and those were patiently explained with recommendations over the phone while he was already under for one during covid. They had a time crunch and still wanted to offer options. When his condition worsened and second x-rays were recommended after a visit to the emergency vet, they charged us the lowest price. These people truly care so much about these animals and I felt that every time I brought our giant fluffball to the vet and the receptionists laughed at his obscenely loud purr. On the day we said goodbye we were grieving our cat but memorial products weren’t pushed on us. We asked and the tech was so gentle and made sure not to overwhelm us and offered to keep Kestrel on site if we needed more time. There’s a lot of love in this practice and it was felt and so appreciated.
This got so long winded, writing it was kind of cathartic ? but seriously, this is a wonderful team of folks who love animals and genuinely want to help. If I were to give one tip it is that booking is much easier if you pick up the phone lol. Thank you again for everything. ?

Melanie is a fantastic stylist who has transformed my hair from blonde to a more natural light brown with grey highlights. It is so much more appropriate for a mature face. She is always very responsive to any changes I ask for in colour or cut.

Tim was fantastic. I called him with an urgent clogged kitchen sink, and even though his schedule was already full, he made the time and came the same day. Fixed my sink and suggested ways to prevent that issue. I would recommend his services to anyone.

Excellent service. We’ve had Jamie from Bell Plumbing in a few times for different jobs. Our last one was for pluming needs for new counter install. Jamie had to come first to unhook plumbing, then back day after counter install to hook plumbing back up. Always here when he says, excellent work and a pleasure to deal with!

We engaged Amsted to upgrade our lower floor so that we could have more light and visibility. The work was done in two phases completely to our satisfaction. We were impressed by the professionalism of all the contractors who worked on our project, completed on schedule and with any changes well considered. The project management was excellent, as was communication. Post project warranty work was done to our complete satisfaction.
Skedaddle's representative, Chris Desmarais, came out and did a professional walk-through and explanation of all the issues I have. He pointed out my red squirrel problem and provided an upfront and straightforward assessment and estimate. I'm not moving forward this year but would choose Skedaddle if I did.

Very professional staff and very competent chiropractor. Dr Lowthian immediately diagnosed problem and commenced treatment immediately. Explains things very well.
I was very happy seeing my previous chiropractor every two weeks, but needing upper back adjustment every time. He retired and now Dr. Moore uses NUCCA and a pneumatic table. Adjustments are gentler and they are holding for 3 and 4 weeks between appointments. I’m spending less per month and feeling even better.
