My senior parents experienced a terrible flood during Canada Day, and I called John The Plumber to have their hot water heater repaired. They were able to send someone the day after I called, and Cory and Justin quickly assessed the situation and replaced the hot water heater.
They also brought everything up to code in an older home and made us aware that the furnace would need to be replaced due to flood damage. When I asked Cory if they could provide a report for the insurance company, Cory took time out of a busy schedule to prepare one for us.

We had Brandon Robillard repair our battery backup sump pump. Turned to be an air lock which he fixed. He was very professional and polite plus really seemed to know his trade. We will be asking for him again in the future.
Eric was punctual, kind and courteous! We had a leak under our kitchen sink which was a bit tricky to access. He quickly assessed the problem, was upfront with the cost before starting work and managed to finish up for us in about an hours time. We will absolutely be using John the Plumber's services again should we need anything else done. It was a bit pricey but considering the cost of buying the tools to attempt to do it ourselves I was happy to pay for the peace of mind that a professional did the job correctly.
