Excellent service. We called one afternoon because one of our toilet had a broken flanged and the side bolt came loose. They answered the phone and I explained the situation saying it wasn't urgent but wanting the service asap. They gave me a confirmation of service for the next morning. Two plumbers got here at around 10 am, very polite and professional. Did an excellent job of fixing everything. Any home service these days is expensive but it was worth it plus they guaranteed the work.

Our plumber, Bill was awesome! Super friendly guy. He called ahead of his arrival time, showed us the exact issue when it came to replacing our toilet and went through all the details. The installation process was quick and easy. Highly recommend. Will definitely be using these guys in the future. (Hopefully not for a long time. LOL)

I have called upon the services of John the Plumber multiple times over the past few years and I always find them reliable and professional, and they have been very knowledgeable about the various issues that have come up in my home. They explain the work they will do and have been great at answering any questions. I do not hesitate to call when an issue arises. Booking them is really easy and I have found they always accommodate a time that works well for my schedule. I would highly recommend!
