Amsted Design-Build is a trusted partner for renovations and custom homes, with 33 years of experience in the industry. The team at Amsted is dedicated to creating a unique and functional living space that reflects personal style. They focus on exceptional customer service, listening carefully to needs and delivering high-quality results. From design to completion, the staff is responsive to issues and offers expert advice to keep projects on track and within budget. Their contractors are professional, friendly, and considerate of pets. Whether renovating a single room or building an entire custom home, Amsted's one-stop-shop approach makes the process stress-free and exciting. The team recently completed a home renovation that exceeded expectations, with quick and satisfying work by a professional contractor and a project manager who kept clients informed throughout. Though a follow-up issue with a vanity counter discolored, the supplier handled the replacement graciously, which helped ease some dissatisfaction. Overall, interactions with personnel are pleasant and productive, making Amsted highly recommended for any design and build project.
A tale of two bathrooms: in this last 2 years we had both bathrooms renovated. The one on the third floor was a simple lift and shift upgrade so I decided to go with another cheaper company. It was also a test run to see if we could count on them for the larger second bathroom reno. The Amsted Team was a pleasure to work with, from development to completion. Marco, Jazmine, Becky & Tyler were great. They quickly understood my desires for the work that I wanted done. Fast & responsive to all my questions and concerns. The subcontractors, to a single person, were enjoyable to work with and always came with solutions/recommendations for any unforeseen issues that came up. Weekly meetings keep me up to date and also allowed me to provide feedback. They used an online app that let me track scheduled visits of inspectors, delivery, and installation of specialized equipment along with progress of each stage of the project. Over the past 10 years we have worked with Amsted on two big home renovation projects. We are very pleased with the outcome of both of these projects and are already thinking about a third one. Some of the big pluses working with Amsted: the key team members remain over the years, which provides consistency, their team keeps in mind the bigger picture of changes/renovations being requested, they are perfectly set-up to work at a distance (our last project was done while we were living abroad), and finally, their warranty truly works. They respond timely and efficiently to anything that comes up even after the project has been completed.
