When my wife and I were looking for a renovator for our newly purchased condo we made sure to explore our options, seek references and try to find the best value. If you are reading this note I imagine that is what you are doing as well.
After evaluating bids, we received from multiple companies we decided to go with Amsted Design-Build as not only was their response to most detailed, but it was also the lowest price. We were pleased with the entire process, from the initial contact at the Ottawa Home and Remodelling Show to the completion of our project. Our project was to attach the detached garage to the house and the Amsted Team helped bring our project to life and stayed within our budget. Project Manager, Bob Aspeck kept us informed every step of the way and helped ensure our project was completed ahead of schedule. The contractors and the Amsted Team were professional, and the work was done quickly and exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend Amsted for your home projects and I am looking forward to having them help with our next big home project.
We engaged Amsted to upgrade our lower floor so that we could have more light and visibility. The work was done in two phases completely to our satisfaction. We were impressed by the professionalism of all the contractors who worked on our project, completed on schedule and with any changes well considered. The project management was excellent, as was communication. Post project warranty work was done to our complete satisfaction.
