Earlier this year, we engaged Argue Construction for their predevelopment services. As we were new to the development industry, we needed help with every aspect of the project. Shawn Argue and his team were there for us every step of the way. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with.. What we appreciated most, however, was that they had our best interests at heart. We worked briefly with other developers and none were as careful with budgeting or as forthcoming with likely challenges, etc. We have no doubt, Argue’s goal was for us to succeed! Excellent local business, fast and terrific service. My well pump stopped working at 9:00 in the morning on a Friday, I called PV and they had someone there by 10:00 to diagnose the issue (pump failure), and then had a crew there within 2 hours to pull the old pump and install the new one. Fast and very good work, and for less $ than expected - rare to get all 3. Highly recommended.
I had an issues with an old chainsaw and brought it in for a new chain. The staff took the time to inspect the saw (cleaned it with an airgun), then showed me how to propery sharpen the new chain. You just don't get that kind of service anyplace else.

Requested style: Diane will always respect your requests, but will let you know if she thinks there might be a better option. She is very kind when offering other suggestions. I trust her implicitly.
Hair type: I have thin straight hair and Diane is the only stylist I will allow to touch my hair. She makes it look so full and healthly.
Stylist: Diane is the sweetest lady. She is friendly, very thorough and talented.
It's a nice place and the staff were friendly and helpful. Given the money these places take in, I think they could afford to treat their rooms for acoustics. So many people talking at once in a room creates a lot of reverberations which force people to talk even louder to be heard. It's a vicious cycle. Treating the rooms would bring the noise level down and make the gatherings much more enjoyable for everyone.

Fast installation, great workmanship and fair pricing. Booking was easy and they showed up on-time to install a new downspout at our rental property to improve drainage. Pricing was more than fair and the staff were pleasant to deal with. Installation was quick and they even used two different colours to blend better with the two tone exterior of the rental properties. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend.

What a great company and a great group of guys. I first hired them in May 2022 and was very impressed. Reasonable rates, and very friendly. I didnt need to look further when I needed tree services again. From a major cut back on a huge maple tree, to cut downs of smaller trees and bush trimming, they do it all. I think I've had them for one thing or another for the past 4 years. And it's nice to see the friendly faces of the same guys showing up year after year. That says a lot about the company.

Great service, assessed my need for water softener, and checked for the presence of other chemicals. Only a softener was required, there was no up-sell and test results were described. Installation was fast. I recommend Frank to anyone who needs their water tested and an appropriate solution provided. Pricing was great and beat other national suppliers.
