Just had them back to change 2 toilets… Perfect service. Set up the appointment in the store and the technician arrived today and completed installing a new toilet and moved another toilet to the basement bathroom. In and out service in an hour. Clean and tidy. Still recommend Watersmart for you plumbing softener needs..
Dropped in to the store and received a warm welcome and lots of good information. I ended up ordering a new Canadian made softener. It was installed within days. The installation was booked easily and the installer arrived on time. The job was done as quoted. It was very neat and tidy. Wow, great service! Scott is an outstanding plumber. He was able to find a source for our “older” bathtub faucet handles which was almost next to impossible. He fixed everything that wasn’t done properly during the kitchen renovations. Moral of the story: always hire a licensed plumber, preferably Scott! Thanks Scott.
Service today by Scott. Garage water tap needed replacing. Of course it was replaced in record time and no more leaks! Thanks again Scott!
Matt was friendly and knowledgeable and a complete professional. He arrived on time and completed the install. The old softener was removed. Extremely efficient and professional Service. Peace of mind!
