Just had our new water softening system installed by Scott. So polite and professional. Gave us proper direction on how to use it and it comes with a five year warranty on parts and labour which is amazing. Would happily recommend this company to all our friends.

Staff in store extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Paul came to install the unit. Just as helpful...they really do make it a hands off experience. So far the follow up service has been A+. Very lucky to have this store in Waterloo...GREAT WORK TEAM.
