They explained the process, gave us some great info on what to do before and after the procedure, and were just all around very helpful. “Prim was brought in for an annual check up with Dr. Marshall followed by surgery to have teeth extracted and a lump removed. I’m very pleased to have found a new vet with a great overall team from receptionists to doctors and technicians. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. Prices are very reasonable. “Late post : sep 16 - My kitten tried to bite a fish hook it pierced out of this upper lip/mouth. He was in soo much pain and had to take him to emergency. DR. FEIN SUN was soo kind and very understandable. She sit with and explained each step. Although the service charge was very expensive the service was really great from Dr.Sun. The technicians were also very kind and helpful. Everything went well and we are soo thankful to Dr.Sun“
