I cannot say enough good things about this place. My cat unfortunately started to fall ill in November so I decided to take him to St. Laurent Animal Hospital. From the first visit, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable during this hard time.
My cat was sadly gone within three weeks. They were practical about it, and forced nothing on me when I was faced with the hardest decision someone needs to make.
Throughout this process, the vets, the vet techs, and the staff were so helpful and comforting. Additionally, I received a handwritten condolences card. The personal touches went above and beyond.

I can't say enough good things about everyone that works here! Dr. Ramoutar is the sweetest, most big hearted person I have ever met! She treats my cats like they're her own! My anxious cats actually let her handle them and don't completely freak out! I don't live Ottawa anymore but I will not take my pets anywhere else! I know I can completely trust them with anything and they will always do whats best for my pets!
