Had to bring my black lab to emergency to have porcupine quills removed. The staff very friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate. The attention to detail and how they seemed to care about my dog was very comforting.

When our dog Leia was hit by a car, we found ourselves in a situation no pet owner ever wants to face. The team at Alta Vista Animal Hospital took exceptional care of her from the moment she arrived.
I especially want to thank Dr. McIsaac. During one of the most stressful nights our family has experienced, she called exactly when she said she would with an update on Leia’s condition. What stood out even more was that she took the time to FaceTime us so we could see Leia ourselves. My family gathered around the phone, including our children, and being able to see her and know she was receiving such good care meant more than I can put into words.
