I couldn't be happier with the exceptional service at Bytown Cat Hospital!Registering my beloved cats, Yuki and Yuuta, was a breeze, thanks to the simple and straightforward process. The veterinary staff is incredibly friendly and nice, creating a positive and welcoming environment.A notable plus is the refreshing odor-free atmosphere in the shop. The veterinarian was not only professional but also understanding, making the overall experience truly outstanding.I highly recommend Bytown Cat Hospital to fellow cat parents for top-notch care and service.

I am extremely impressed with this ?‍⬛ hospital. My old cat got sick very quickly and I did not have a regular vet. I called and was very lucky to get an appointment the same day. Dr. Thompson was kind, very knowledgeable and gentle with my cat. Also discussed other issues not related to the emergency. He got his antibiotic's and pain medication, a follow-up was booked (still to occur) and I even received a phone message asking how everything was going from the front line staff.Such a lovely friendly and efficient office. Convenient parking outside is also helpful.A stressful time for cat and me was greatly alleviated by everyones kindness. Thank you! OT

Amazing customer service! I called about my sick cat and was thankfully able to get an appointment the same day. Everyone at the clinic was very welcoming, nice and extremely helpful. I will 100% bring my cat back here when needed. I highly recommend this clinic!!!
