My husband and our dog unexpectedly needed to see a vet (our vet is out of town) and Landsdowne was able to accommodate same day. They went above and beyond and what would’ve likely been a $200+ vet bill was far less. Thank you!

Disclaimer. My cat is a patient at the wonderful Merivale Cat Hospital but I went into this animal hospital on Friday to pick up some cat food because it’s close to my house and I don’t drive. Two disinterested young women didn’t stir from their chairs to help me. I bought one can of senior and one for kittens to help my senior cat get some protein. He is almost 20 and fussy but he gobbled down the senior food, finishing it off in two sessions. I reluctantly returned to Lansdowne this morning and was greeted by two fabulous young women Gabi and Sana who found the food I needed, smiled and chatted with me as I paid for my purchase.
