“I’m a new client at this veterinary clinic, and so far I’ve been incredibly impressed with the level of care my puppy has received. I’ve visited several vets in the area, and this privately-owned clinic stands out in almost every way. Their prices are reasonable - not the cheapest, yet not the most expensive, and the quality of care alone makes it worth it.
The reception team is always welcoming, and they consistently answer the phone, which I really appreciate. The clinic itself is clean, bright, and spacious.
Dr. Mélanie Cuerrier and the veterinary technicians are exceptionally kind, patient, and informative. I never feel rushed during appointments. Dr. Cuerrier takes her time, answers all my questions, and genuinely seems to care. She is always on time and is very attentive during one-on-one appointments, especially compared to my previous vet, who owns the vet clinic 2 minutes down the street. He was often late, rushed through visits, ignored health issues, had poor bedside manners and made me feel like I was in a McDonalds drive-thru as he has 2 patient rooms he was simultaneously tending to.
I’m so grateful to have finally found a veterinary clinic where both my dog and I feel comfortable and well cared for.“
