So thankful for Orillia AutoSpa! Last summer a mouse had got into my car… somewhere. It died - somewhere in my car. In the extreme heat of August. Took 3 weeks to find it. Lysol wiping the area didn’t eliminate the smell. At the end of August (still hot out), took my car to Subaru for fall service and requested it be detailed. They brought it to Orillia AutoSpa and I’m so thankful!!! Car came back looking and smelling great!!! Can’t express the depth of my appreciation!!!

Very happy with my haircut from Frank. I cut my own hair at home and it wasn't good, Frank fixed it up beautifully and gave me a really beautiful layered haircut that I don't even have to style. It just dries beautifully on its own!

Kev at Cali Nails did a great job with my sisters’ appointments. I just tagged along at first but the whole experience was actually really good — staff was friendly, the place was clean, and my sisters were really happy with how their nails turned out.
I’ve been going to Pedi N Nails for a few years now, and I’m always happy with the service I receive. I’ve had appointments with both Phil and Jeff, and they are incredibly detail-oriented. They always take the time to understand what I’m looking for, and my nails consistently turn out exactly as I envisioned.
The receptionist is also wonderful. She’s friendly, remembers her clients, and does her best to accommodate appointment requests, even though they’re a very busy salon. While you may not always get your first choice of date or time, she works hard to find an option that fits your schedule and is always pleasant to deal with.
The salon is clean, welcoming, and has a great selection of colours and products. Most importantly, I never leave disappointed. The entire team is professional, talented, and genuinely kind.

As someone who has always been nervous trying out new salons after past poor experiences, I cannot thank Sarah enough for such an incredible first visit.
From the moment I walked in the door to the end of the appointment, Sarah was so welcoming, bubbly, and had such great energy. I left my hair in her hands and was looking for suggestions for what kind of cut/style would suit my hair type/face shape best, and she did amazing. She was extremely knowledgable, explained what she was doing during each step, and even recommended a product that immediately solved an issue I have been battling for years.

I have dealt with Derbecker Plumbing for years. You need not look any further. The quality of service is awesome. I thought I was going to require a visit yesterday as my toilet was not working. I was explaining to Scott what had happened he walked me through the fix over the phone. It turned out to be an easy resolution to my issue. Integrity is what comes to mind, he did not attempt to make a service call to get $$. Thank you Scott I really appreciate it.

He then researched to find just the right carpet for what we needed at the right price. Later the installer's Alex & Zack were fantastic, they took the job very seriously and would not stop until the job was done, (on a very hot day) and done right. I’ve got a pretty temperamental cat, and I have to say the grooming that was able to be done successfully with my cat sassiness was more than I could’ve expected. You did a fantastic job helping him get down all that heavy for it may not have been a positive experience for him, but he sure looks great and will feel better with the warm weather coming
