I have nothing but praise for Jay who came to service and repair our furnace after a Reliance Home Comfort technician told me that my furnace needed to be replaced due to a faulty heat exchanger. The heat exchanger was not the problem but we had a faulty inducer motor.It's nice to see that there are skilled, knowledgeable and honest people who take pride in their craft.
Before leaving on vacation, I decided to have Orillia Natural Gas perform a regular inspection as we’ve had furnace failures twice previously while we were away with our old furnace. I even gave myself 3 weeks lead time to arrange an appointment but the Technician arrived 35 minutes after I called. We’ve had courteous, prompt, professional and knowledgeable employees respond every time we have used the services of Orillia Natural Gas Ltd.Services: HVAC system maintenance
