Had a bit of a unique plumbing issue...Alan came next day as planned and got it all worked out for us in one visit...a job another company came to look at and wouldn't help out with...would definitely call again if needed
I called Allan over to check out a sump pump that was overflowing according to my tenants. He arrived on time and assessed the problem. He determined the issue to be unique and no repairs needed to be completed. He didn't even charge me for the visit either!
My husband and I are seniors, 87 and 78. Our toilet would not stop running and fill the tank, we were unable to flush. Called Sanders Plumbing and Allan answered immediately. He said he could get to us in about two hours. When he arrived he ascertained that a part was malfunctioning, our toilet was made in China and had very different working parts form what we are used to.
