I was here with my pre-op transgendered partner, do to her body condition we have not been too many spots because she feels very uncomfortable even in a bathing suit. Here we went in for a swim, hot tub, steam and a sauna, and even had a massage treatment each, she said at no point did she feel judged, she told them her pronouns and even though at the time she was unable to wear any prosthetics or cover up any body hair, she was treated with the same respect and with proper pronouns.
