We bought all new carpet for the stairs and into our lower level from Natasha Beers. She was amazing to deal with. Provided us with numerous options and no pressure sales. Provided us with a detailed estimate for removal of old and installation of new. Install was done promptly and received a follow up from Natasha to make sure all was excellent upon completion. She was wonderful and to be honest her professionalism was the reason we bought from Orillia Carpet One. There are many flooring retailers and big box stores but we are so glad we bought from Carpet One Orillia. A painless experience, from beginning to end. Natasha couldn't have been more helpful helping me choose carpeting and vinyl flooring and respecting my budget. She kept me updated on everything. The installation turned out better than I expected and my basement looks wonderful. I highly recommend this company!

Mark helped us as soon as we walked into the store. He answered all questions and was very helpful in picking our carpet. He promptly came and did measurements and within a few weeks we had our carpet installed.
