Very happy with my haircut from Frank. I cut my own hair at home and it wasn't good, Frank fixed it up beautifully and gave me a really beautiful layered haircut that I don't even have to style. It just dries beautifully on its own!
Frank saw me on an emergency colour correction! And what a correction he made!! My girlfriend messaged Frank asap as soon as she heard how upset I was and sent her pictures of what had happened to me. I am so grateful for my friend and Frank for taking me in so quick and making my hair to look more like ME! Thank you thank you!!

I decided to change hair stylist to have one closer to home. This is such a hard decision but I found Ottavio's and after reading the reviews, decided to give it a try. I booked my appointment with Frank and he did not disappoint. The colour he did was excellent - I love it and the cut was perfect. He listened to me and together we figured out a plan.
