As someone who has always been nervous trying out new salons after past poor experiences, I cannot thank Sarah enough for such an incredible first visit.
From the moment I walked in the door to the end of the appointment, Sarah was so welcoming, bubbly, and had such great energy. I left my hair in her hands and was looking for suggestions for what kind of cut/style would suit my hair type/face shape best, and she did amazing. She was extremely knowledgable, explained what she was doing during each step, and even recommended a product that immediately solved an issue I have been battling for years.

I can’t recommend Avaia Salon and Spa in Orillia enough. The salon is owned by two sisters who are not only incredibly professional but have created such a warm and welcoming environment. I really appreciate their attention to detail, especially when it comes to colouring and maintaining my hair. I feel that when I get my hair done, Sarah and Nicole are always thoughtful about what I'm asking for while inputting their expert opinion. I am always very happy with the result!
What stands out the most to me is the inclusive and comfortable atmosphere. I’ve had to bring my baby to appointments several times, and I always feel completely at ease and welcome.
