From the moment I walked in the door to the end of the appointment, Sarah was so welcoming, bubbly, and had such great energy. I left my hair in her hands and was looking for suggestions for what kind of cut/style would suit my hair type/face shape best, and she did amazing. I can’t recommend Avaia Salon and Spa in Orillia enough. The salon is owned by two sisters who are not only incredibly professional but have created such a warm and welcoming environment. I really appreciate their attention to detail, especially when it comes to colouring and maintaining my hair. I feel that when I get my hair done, Sarah and Nicole are always thoughtful about what I'm asking for while inputting their expert opinion. I am always very happy with the result!
What stands out the most to me is the inclusive and comfortable atmosphere. I’ve had to bring my baby to appointments several times, and I always feel completely at ease and welcome.

I have been a repeat customer at Avaia Salon Spa for a couple years now and have continued to come to the salon because of how knowledgeable the stylists are and how they are always able to adapt to the different hair requests I have made including providing great advice on some of my hair up keep questions. I also really enjoy the welcoming atmosphere they have made in their lobby. It is always very clean and tidy and they have always offered me hot or cold drinks while I wait and even while providing hair services which is so nice.
