    I've been working with David for the past 3 months to rehab my knee and rebuild my strength. His functional strength training has helped me feel stronger and more confident in my everyday life.

    David has pushed me to lift heavier weights and try exercises I never would have attempted on my own, always making sure I felt safe and capable. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to get stronger, recover from an injury, or improve their overall fitness.

    After decades of having a poor relationship with fitness, Coach David and the folks at Love Your Body have brought me to looking forward to my time at the gym! I really appreciate that David’s training is focused on functional strength training to be used in every day life, and a long-term positive experience with fitness. Starting from zero every workout has been tailored to myself, and David is quick to adjust his plan, if needed. David is positive and supportive, as well as kind and considerate. The whole team has such an upbeat and welcoming approach. I have thoroughly enjoyed my first year with LYB, and especially Coach David!
