I tried the All-levels Muay Thai class and as a newbie I felt totally welcome here . I have 3 months experience with Muay Thai and felt like I needed a refresher and also a space to learn new skills! This gym was the perfect spot for that. Many thanks to all Kru's!

I have been training here since 2017. I have also been doing martial arts since the age of 5, also taught martial arts for 5 years. This place is by far, the most friendly gym I have trained at, the instructors put you first and the owner isn't there to just have you pay for your progression. They teach very well and will treat you like family.

Great atmosphere! Very welcoming! I also love how they encourage women to train here too. You really feel the burn after too. Trainers are knowledgeable, confident (but not cocky) and friendly. I was really sad to leave but I encourage everyone wanting to try Muay Thai to come here! Cleanliness of the gym is great too.
