I visited Vitality for massage therapy with Mackenzie McVey and had a wonderful experience. Vitality has a large, comfortable, modern waiting area with complimentary Nespresso coffee. I was greeted by staff immediately when I entered the clinic and Mackenzie got me right on time for my treatment. I had a facial and scalp massage. This treatment provided targeted relief of tension in my shoulders, neck, jaw, base of my skull, etc. It was even better than what I had hoped. Mackenzie is an expert and attentive to client needs, happy to adjust and customize. If you’re looking for therapeutic stress relief, I highly recommend a facial and scalp massage with Mackenzie.

I've been to a lot of physiotherapists and I've never encountered one as great and thorough as Ahmad! On my first visit, he assessed my injury, took measurements of my range of motion, made me a home exercise plan, and developed a long-term plan to increase my strength and avoid further injuries. A special bonus is that every treatment session with Ahmad, I have a chance to do my exercises with the support of other Vitality team members.
