We had a great experience with our gas stove repair. We called and explained what we believed was wrong without mentioning make or model. The technician came out right on time, was friendly, confirmed the issue, and HAD the necessary part with her, and fixed it on the spot. The entire service call took less than 30 minutes.
Everything was straightforward, professional, and efficient. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We recently purchased a used gas range and refrigerator from A1 Appliances for my mother's home after her existing appliances met a sudden and untimely demise. Dylan was very helpful and informative as we considered their used versus new appliances. Once our decision was made Lori was able to schedule us for a next-day delivery. Travis and Matt were prompt, friendly, and efficient in their removal of the old appliances and installation of the new. had two awesome experiences with A1, first my washer died. Tech gave a detailed explanation as to fix or not. Decided on new machine from A1, installed and setup efficiently by service. Second my basement flooded on a Sunday, called emergency heating #, who in turn called Thomas the plumber who came within 1/2 hour, concluded my drain frozen, setup a pump and pumped water into sewer drain until original problem resolved.
Overall great customer service and knowledgeable staff
