What's the odds...in the middle of a heat wave...that our air would quit?? LolI called Furness and I wasn't hopeful that they would be able to come that day...I was put on a list and dreaded the thought of an airless weekend.But...a cpl hrs later I received a call and they were sending a tech!!He came and he was awesome and he got us up and running..Many thanks guys! ..your customer service is excellent!!Service: A/C system repair

We had an emergency when an exterior pipe broke. Steve came, assessed and returned to fix the problem.He has dealt with our plumbing issues in a timely, efficient and professional manner. Would highly recommend.

We had a furnace Installed a few years ago and are very happy with that purchase. We just had a water heater installed yesterday. I had a concern about the water heater and called the owner Steve and he called within an hour and cleared up my concerns. All dealings with JW Furnace have been professional and courteous. Unlike other service providers I know how I’ll be treated when I call. No deep sigh needed before making a call to JW Furnace.Services: Boiler installation
