not only is Arrow great to deal for fair pricing, the staff (mechanics and front desk) are fabulous. Have used them since opening, and times I can drop in and a simple fix (battery for key fob) no charge. And speaking of key fobs if you lost yours go see Arrow, 1/3 of cost that the dealership was going to charge me.

James, Will & Anna are the front office staff and you couldn't ask for a more welcoming and knowledgeable team! They are a pleasure to deal with. I can't express enough how terrific this garage and their team of mechanics is. I've been going to Arrow for a number of years and have found them to be honest with fare pricing and they stand behind their work! They take care of their customers in a genuine caring way. I would highly recommend this establishment for all your automotive needs!

My truck is running better than ever thanks to Arrow, they also provide good proces and are extremely professional. I think they would be especially good for people hesitant to trust mechanics because of mechanic stereotypes. Arrow is the opposite and I trust them more then any mechanic I have been to, they are 25 min from me but worth the drive
