    From the moment Sheilah (owner) emailed me back I could tell this was an amazing place. She creates such a welcoming, kind and caring environment that goes far beyond simple yoga classes. A beautiful diversity of yoga styles and she has an incredible way of helping people heal through yoga.

    sheilah is an incredible instructor. she always manages to get to the heart of the matter, and whether that makes you laugh, or cry, she'll do it right along with you. the variety of classes is great, and the welcoming and open atmosphere goes a long way for those nervous about being first timers.

    Lately I have been having trouble sleeping, but thanks to Sheilah Laffan, my sleep has considerably improved. She is fantastic and offers free Live Yoga Nidra sessions Every Evening at 9pm on FB. For those of you unfamiliar - Yoga Nidra—known as yogic sleep—is a meditation and conscious relaxation practice that is intended to induce total physical, mental, and emotional relaxation, and Sheilah is a master.
