Great local store that provides excellent customer service and competitive pricing. I like that some of the hardware items I can't find at the big box stores can usually be found here.

Was into the Dundas Home Hardware location today. I had previously bought paint at the Waterdown location. Unfortunately the paint did not prove to be the colour I was striving for once it was applied. The young lady who served me at the paint counter went above and beyond normal customer service. I should have asked her name or looked for a name tag. She managed to dramatically improve the colour of my original can of paint. At the same time we had a great conversation about the merits of various cell phones and steered me in the right direction for the purchase of my next phone. Thank you again for making my day more pleasant.
