We have been working with The Tailored Closet of Ottawa since 2019 and this was the third time we got their service to have a Murphy bed with side closets installed. As usual the design provided by Jason was excellent. He always makes changes until you are happy with the design. Super happy to be dealing with a gentleman like Jason. Ian and Sean came over last week to install them. Ian has been here previous times as well. Both were very courteous and respectful . I would recommend the company 100% and will use them in future. Excellent.
The Tailored Closet completed a walk-in closet for us recently and the entire experience was what I have come to expect from them over the years. The communication is always great, the design consult is very easy and the actual installation went exactly as planned.
