We moved across the country, and from start to finish, BigSteelBox and each and every single one of the employees we dealt with were incredible. I cannot overemphasize how wonderful the experience with them was. Their drivers (we had 4) were each adept at their delivery and pickup, their staff over the phone were kind, pleasant to deal with, and efficient, and when we had an urgent request from our apartment manager to have the box moved earlier than scheduled, they managed to make a miracle happen despite their day being super busy. Extraordinary work and competence from this whole team, well worth the money we paid. Thank you so much!
We just purchased a new 20 ft steel box from Big Steel Box from the Stittsville location. Mike Bigeau was very helpful and wonderful to work with. His coworker, the box tour-guide (name forgotten -sorry!) was also great and really knew his stuff. Pie box was delivered within 2 days of purchase and perfectly place by their driver. Thanks for everything guys!
Extremely impressed with the quality of service.
The box was delivered on time, carefully and exactly where we wanted it. It was clean and in great condition. When we were finished, pickup was arranged within a couple of days, and the driver reached out to let us know exactly when he would arrive. Pick up was seamless.
The price was competitive and the service excellent. Five stars all the way. Thank you for making one part of. Our renovations stress free.
