I had an issues with an old chainsaw and brought it in for a new chain. The staff took the time to inspect the saw (cleaned it with an airgun), then showed me how to propery sharpen the new chain. You just don't get that kind of service anyplace else.

They've helped me a few times with my Stihl products and answered all my questions. Appreciate that they took the time to explain and run through my problems fully so went back to work informed. Will continue to do business here and I recommend them.
