The team went above and beyond to help me and my team compile all the pieces we needed for a pondless waterfall. We went to purchase a kit but it was not in stock. I am so utterly impressed and grateful for their help. As a business owner every step in the installation process can slow down our build - the team at The Pond Clinic were knowledgable and accommodating for our first time there. Now that we now their process (call ahead 😅) we won't need them to rush around for us but we are so grateful that they did!

I had an incredible experience with Catherine putting together the pieces I needed and Tyler helping me load my vehicle. 10/10 for both of them! Even though they're out of my way I'll definitely be going back - but I'll be calling ahead so I don't make them scramble again 😅
