It's a nice place and the staff were friendly and helpful. Given the money these places take in, I think they could afford to treat their rooms for acoustics. So many people talking at once in a room creates a lot of reverberations which force people to talk even louder to be heard. It's a vicious cycle. Treating the rooms would bring the noise level down and make the gatherings much more enjoyable for everyone.
All of the staff at Tubman's were exceptional, caring and compassionate. I would highly recommend Tubman's for any funeral needs. They offered many services throughout the entire process and were wonderful and readily available when we needed them.
Losing my husband is the worst thing I've ever been through and the care and compassion shown by all the staff at the Garden Chapel was comforting and very helpful. They took care of and thought of everything, right down to bringing my husband's ashes home to me so I didn't have to go and get them. Such a nice and kind gesture that was unexpected and so appreciated. I was not looking forward to having to do that. I cannot express enough the appreciation I have for Steve and Jamie as well as any staff we spoke with. Thank you from our entire family for your kindness and care.
