I replaced my air-conditioner 2 years ago where the above team were once again amazing! I gave them 5 stars that time too!
They are very meticulous with their work.
Johnathan made sure the old water heater was taken out and emptied without incident, he pays attention to detail making sure there was no damage or marks on the floor or walls. He checks everything to make sure there are no leaks and Cory did a great job giving us an orientation on how to regulate the water heater and light the pilot light. As a perpetual learner myself, I appreciated Johnathan teaching mea few things I didn't know.
Evan (Salesman) once again was very respectful and answered all my questions, and came on site for a short while to check things out.
This Georgian team deserves 5 out of 5 stars again, they even put cardboard under their van that was parked on the driveway not to get oil on it! Wow, these are great guys you can count on doing a superb job for you too!

We had a complicated situation with plumbing that had been installed incorrectly and flagged by a city inspector with several issues. Roy took the time to assess everything properly and came up with the most efficient way to bring it up to code while keeping the work as minimally invasive as possible. He’s great at finding smart, practical solutions and his approach saved us a lot of unnecessary disruption.
