During the initial consultation they explained every step of the process and the reasons for the cost incurred. When it became apparent an excavation would be required, once again, they explained the options, the process and the cost. They guided me through the permit process even calling in the evenings to update me and see if I had questions. When the work was done, again I was part of the process.
