We opted for the annual contract and it has been a great relationship. Today we've had our 30 year old water pump replaced within less than a week of reporting concern and 48 hours of the first visit. Very professional and excellent service- yes they do answer the phone and emails!

Reviews
They were wonderful to deal with. Our sump broke and they had someone out same day and replaced same day. They answered the phone first try and communication was great. We were very pleased with all their service and would highly recommend them.
I had Harris plumbing install a water softener and do some plumbing work. Justin and his helper did a great job. They were very professional on-time and easy to deal with. I am very happy with their service. I strongly recommend their services.
