We had our AC stop working in the dead of this heat. Called Custom Comfort and had a technician, Bob C, come by shortly after. Very friendly and knowledgeable, was able to take care of the issue immediately. Within 10mins we had our AC back up and running.
Sales rep, Alex Mysko, is a very down to earth, personable, up front, knowledgeable guy. Has a great understanding of heating and cooling systems, isn’t pushy, and didn’t try to sell me something I don’t need. Very easy to deal with and laid back. Comfortably talking with people. Highly recommended.
We bought our furnace from Custom Comfort five years ago. Great system. It was a no brainer going with the same company for our air conditioning needs.
We had expert advice and a very quick repair to our AC unit on the hottest day of 2026 so far. Zachary Creamer was our service technician and he was very efficient and quick to diagnose the issue.
