Exceptional Service – Highly Recommended! I can’t praise Bill enough for his incredible service. Right from the start, Bill went above and beyond by spending 30 minutes on the phone troubleshooting my furnace with me—who does that these days? This level of dedication is exactly why supporting a family-owned business is so worthwhile; he genuinely prioritizes his customers. When Bill arrived at my home just outside of Barrie, he patiently walked me through every step of the troubleshooting process. As a homeowner, this was incredibly reassuring. He even discovered that my furnace had Bluetooth capabilities—something no other technician had ever mentioned! Bill utilized the Bluetooth feature to update the system and showed me how technicians could leave notes for future service. His expertise and attention to detail were truly impressive. But it doesn’t stop there. Bill replaced a faulty part and found that it was still under warranty, saving me $300! For comparison, another company, Affordable Comfort, had quoted me $540 for the same part, plus a $113 service call fee, without even mentioning the warranty. The difference in thoroughness and honesty between Bill and other companies couldn’t be more evident. Additionally, Bill pointed out a few installation issues from when the furnace was originally set up.
