I had a very positive experience with all involved from MAK Mechanical. Technician Tyler Holland, who is extremely knowledgable and was a pleasure to deal with and is truly an asset to MAK Mechanical. Tyler was sent to diagnose the Air Conditioning Issue. Tyler showed up within an hour of me placing the call and requesting service. Jocelyn the receptionist was wonderful to deal with as well. Our A/C broke right as the weather started to heat up. We called and Kyle came out very quickly to give us a quote. After we agreed to the quote they were able to set up an appointment less than a week away. Devin and Rahul installed our A/C. They were tidy and courteous and we could feel our house cooling down before they left. Highly recommend.
