Last week, Dec. 11, my mother's water heater died. Affordable Comfort was my first call. AC's Matt Carrscadden, who we knew from a furnace purchase in the Spring, came by the next day. Matt was very thorough and helpful. He explained everything we needed to know in a way that was clear and easy to understand. It wasn't the hard sell, for which I was very grateful. I'm also really grateful for the service he and all the crew at AC provide. Matt's card will remain on the fridge.
Amazing service. My air conditioner broke during the heat wave. I called and a service man was there in an hour and fixed the issue. Very professional and responded quickly. Would highly recommend and I will definitely be calling them in the future!

The technicians came out this morning to replace my central air conditioner. They were very friendly and courteous. They had to wait for the condensing unit to be delivered, but in the meantime they got everything else ready. I was very pleased with the service. Thanks guys.
