Jason explained everything. He was professional and straightforward. The pricing was amazing. I researched all potential air conditioners and heat pumps. This was fast and reasonable. Didn’t have to answer 30 questions about my energy bills or pressured into purchasing the unit.
The temperature was hot. I arrived home at noon to no air conditioning. Made a call to Reliance and had an appointment booked. Tom, the service rep. arrived by 115 and had my unit up an operational by 200pm. Kudos to Reliance for the quick booking and expert repair.

He was very nice, efficient and business like. He checked our whole air conditioning system, cleaned a few parts that needed it and declared it working in tip top shape.
