Joe came by to do preventive maintenance on my unit. He was very professional, knowledgeable and provided a detailed explanation of the components he tested and worked on. He was very friendly and took his time to make sure my unit was working within specs and tolerance readings/levels. I felt confident and comfortable with the working level of my unit after he stopped by to complete his maintenance. Great job.
