“Soon After a major hailstorm a salesman from STR8 UP Roofing approached us as we are working in the yard. My first inclination was to blow him off. But Dakota Skinner was so professional, and so courteous we allowed him to get on the roof and examine. He came down with pictures and showed us the damage and then offered to contact our insurance company. he not only contacted our insurance company, but he made it a point to be here when the adjuster was here and got up on the roof with him. We were able to get a total roof replacement without any issues. Dakota made the whole procedure absolutely stress-free! Dakota worked with the insurance adjuster and made sure everything was covered. Dakota handled everything including our anxiety. Dakota helped us pick out the shingles and then scheduled the replacement within two weeks. When the work was scheduled to be done, Dakota made sure he was here to work with the contractors. The shingles that we picked were out of stock and he was able to get the company to upgrade to the very best shingles at the original price. The insurance company did not want to replace the guttering, but instead to take it off and put it back on. Dakota was able to Convinced the insurance company that he would be able to replace the guttering at the same price as taking it off and putting it back on. Dakota’s subcontractors were amazingly efficient, courteous, punctual, and left us with an amazing product. They were very careful to not damage any of the wife’s flowers which she takes very dearly. The cleanup was fantastic. We have not found a single nail.
The roof replacement was done in a day and guttering followed within a couple days.
