As a single mother, I take great pride in handling life's challenges independently. However, when a recent storm impacted my home and neighborhood, I found myself feeling vulnerable and overwhelmed. That's when my mother referred me to Josh Daniels (JD), who had recently helped her neighborhood with multiple roof replacements.

One of my core beliefs is that true leaders are not always the ones with the title. True leaders show up from the start and remain engaged until the job is complete. When it felt intimidating to meet with my insurance adjuster, JD was there. He arrived early to inspect and document the damage, helping ensure the insurance company had a clear understanding of my home's needs. Throughout the entire process, he provided guidance, clear communication, professionalism, kindness, and unwavering support.

What impressed me most was that his involvement didn't end once the contract was signed. He remained actively engaged throughout the project and was there at the end, helping oversee cleanup and ensuring nails and debris were removed from my property. A leader does not simply show up to sell a job. A leader builds relationships, earns trust, and stands behind their work every step of the way.
