I'm only the tenant of the property that some decking was replaced & a new roof put on, but the roof looks GREAT & I no longer have any leaks! Yahoo! The roofers were hard at it all day, it began raining about 6 hrs into their work, & they were hurrying along to cover the the roof. I began having a leak through an air vent in the hallway & they had already left. So I called my Landlord to have them hurry back out here & the Foreman, Steve Moseley & crew quickly turned around & came back. Steve Moseley gave me his number, in the event there were any other issues once they'd completed the job. Thankfully they stuck around & once the rain stopped, they were back at it.
