Casey Halligan did a fantastic job making sure we were taken care of during the whole roofing process. He went over and beyond, while working with a difficult adjuster on our claim. He was very responsive to the many questions I had. The roof was completed in one day and he stopped by while the workers were here and returned the following day to make sure everything was completed correctly and cleaned up. I would definitely reach out to him and Trademark for any future repairs needed.
We started out with a couple of other companies that took forever and didn't seem very organized, and then when Trademark took over, it was like a complete different experience! They took care of everything within a timely manner, handled all the insurance stuff, sent me updates on the process, and completed the work beautifully! The roof and gutters look fabulous!Tristan was great to work with also! He helped us get the best bang for our buck and walked us through the process step by step (we're first timers with insurance claims, so we really needed some guidance).
