They helped us navigate the appeal process, provided the documentation needed, and worked with us until the claim was ultimately approved.
Once the work began, they communicated well, stayed on schedule, and completed the roof exactly when they said they would. Having someone knowledgeable about both the roofing work and the insurance process made a stressful situation much easier to manage. We really appreciated their professionalism, persistence, and follow-through and would definitely recommend them.
