Bradley, the technician who came out, was incredibly honest and respectful. After thoroughly checking everything, he let me know that my roof was actually in good shape—no unnecessary upselling or pressure.

He also figured out the real issue: a leak coming from the chimney. Bradley quickly identified that the caulk on the chimney flue had worn away, allowing water to get in. He re-caulked it on the spot and even went the extra mile to seal up all the exposed nails—completely free of charge!
